This made a huge difference in stability for me. Hey this may not fully apply to you because you're on a RX580 and im on a RX 5700 XT but I just updated to 19.8.2 last night with a clean install of the display driver and Radeon settings drivers. It removes all the older related drivers before installing the new ones Do "custom install" and "clean install" to make sure you have the best stability. So I would recommend NOT doing an "express install" which installs over the current drivers. It turns out it appears there was some corruption/incompatibility going on due to I ALWAYS just did "upgrades" rather than "clean installs" of the drivers. Those issues were not present when I would reinstall my RX580. I recently got a 5700 XT and I had some serious instability issues at first. as far as I know there are no known versions to avoid. just go to AMD or Sapphire and download the package that detects your GPU and automatically installs the latest driversĪnd if for some reason you want/need an older version then just download that version instead. The most recent driver for AMD Radeon Settings and related drivers are 19.8.1 (their naming system is number for the month) which was released just a week or two ago. If you are prompted to restart your computer, do so.You are going to want the latest and greatest.Click Finish when the installation is complete. If you are asked for permission to allow it to run, choose Install.

Click the Download Now button below Automatically Detect and Install Your Driver.Go to the AMD graphics driver download page.In the Windows search bar, type Control Panel.Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.Click the arrow next to Display Adapters. You may need to update your graphics drivers to resolve certain issues with SendPro Online or PitneyShip.
